Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the personalisation of all our products we are unable to accept refund requests,at the time of placing your order you are asked to check that all spellings and dates are correct once the product is made there will be a charge to change these errors.

in the event that you notice there is an error on your order please contact us as soon as possible so We can get the details amended.

all our products leave us in perfect condition but in the event your products get damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items with photographs and we will issue you with a replacement.


Important Information

Gift Boxes – All of our boxes will be sent flat pack, this is to save customers the extra postage and to reduce the chance of damage in transit. The boxes are super easy to assemble but if you require help please contact us and we can talk you through it.

Dressing gowns – our silk robes are available in size 6-32 so we have something for everyone . Children’s robes also available up to age 13

Cancellation Policy

All our stock is custom ordered due to this we have a 48 cooling off period in which you can cancel your order,after this time we can not guarantee that a full refund will be given however we will always try our best to work with each individuals situation.
